Limitations on Availability of Services and Products
Products and services are offered as per an Employee Benefit Plan Trust Agreement, Agency Agreement or Custody Agreement between your employer (the "Company") and the Plan Provider (the "Provider"). The Company has adopted the Plan for the exclusive benefit of certain of its employees and their beneficiaries. Please contact your employer to refer to your Company's Plan Document, Summary Plan Description and Trust, and/or Agency or Custody Agreement for more information.

In case of any inconsistency between information on the Website and the provisions in the Plan, the terms of the Plan shall control.

1. How does PSC protect the confidentiality and security of your information?

People:  We restrict access to your personal financial information to personnel who need that information to provide you with our systems and services. Our employee communications also reinforce our privacy policies.

Policies and Procedures:  We maintain and monitor our physical, electronic and procedural safeguards, updating them as needed so that we may guard your personal information.

If a former client had a loan with us, we may report the performance of that loan to consumer reporting agencies.
